Toffic Abdulai is a Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting and auditing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has accumulated hands-on experience across auditing, financial crime prevention, and general accounting functions. Previously serving as an Auditor, Toffic has played key roles in statutory audits, risk assessments, internal control evaluations, and compliance testing for clients across diverse industries. His previous roles have also equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of both internal processes and regulatory requirements. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to professional excellence, Toffic, in his current role, as a Financial Controller, consistently delivers value-driven insights that support sound financial decision-making and compliance. Lusine Vatyan is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in accounting and controlling. Currently a Financial Controller at DRF Luftrettung, she has previously held roles at JOYSONQUIN Automotive, Würth Elektronik, and other international firms. With expertise in ERP systems, financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation, Lusine combines technical skill with a strong business informatics background.

Liana is a director and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience leading both for- profit and non-profit organizations. She has a strong blend of finance and operations, with a focus on scaling organizations, implementing ambitious objectives, and driving growth.

Prior to founding ArmVault, Liana launched two non-profit organizations and three additional organizations, including DefineTheFuture, a non-profit dedicated to offering after-school educational programs for children. Her work demonstrates a strong dedication to corporate development, sustainability, and method alongside a profound devotion to societal well-being. Liana’s distinguished academic credentials, comprising an MA in Economics, an MBA with a focus on Finance, and the esteemed CFA and CPA licenses, equip her to adeptly oversee operations, finance, and risk, offering a comprehensive and crucial perspective in all her pursuits.
